Based anywhere in the UK, this post will require minimal travel and can be carried out in a flexible way to suit the ideal candidate’s needs.

About the Role
As our Workplace Adjustments Coordinator, you will bring the best service and support to our colleagues who require adjustments to ensure they thrive in their role.
With a good understanding of workplace adjustments, the Access to Work programme and the importance of a smooth process, you will ensure that adjustments are appropriately sourced, implemented and paid for. You’ll build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, always asking the question ‘how can we make this process better?’ and implementing the answers to that question.
You will be key to providing a smooth process for sourcing reasonable workplace adjustments and providing colleagues with ongoing support and information about adjustments.
Who We're Looking For
To be our Workplace Adjustments Coordinator, you will be confident in being a main paint of contact, providing guidance and information about complex processes (ideally in relation to workplace adjustments). You’ll be comfortable with tracking processes, managing competing needs, and navigating sensitive conversations with colleagues.
You’ll enjoy working autonomously and providing a good service to improve RNIB’s approach to accessibility. You will also have an excellent attention to detail, priding yourself on your organisation and problem solving skills, and can identify when to take initiative and when to escalate cases for assistance.
