Job description
Our vision is to make Northern Ireland a better place for blind and partially sighted people to live and a place where no one needlessly loses their sight. You can help us achieve this.
You will implement the RNIB NI campaigns operational plan and the NI Vision Strategy. You will build the evidence base for RNIB core campaigns; commissioning and managing research;
developing relevant projects and implementing findings to effectively influence policy and practice, to improve the lives of blind and partially sighted people in NI.
This is a key role within the policy and campaigns team which requires experience of working with a policy environment, with knowledge and understanding of the key issues of concern for blind and partially sighted people.
This position requires solid experience of both UK wide and regional campaigning; lobbying and influencing key decision makers and experience of providing written and verbal briefings on complex policy topics to a variety of audiences..
