Gifts in Wills contribute a third of RNIB’s total annual income and half of all voluntary income. Legacy gifts are therefore critical to RNIB’s ability to fund its work and achieve its mission.
After a period of extensive structural and cultural change across the organisation, there are now huge opportunities to reach new audiences and significantly increase the number of legacy supporters in our pipeline and increase the number of gifts in Wills to RNIB. This will be enhanced by our new strategy, legacy proposition and brand refresh.
We are looking for a confident communicator with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to join our collaborative, highly experienced and ambitious Legacy Marketing team at a very important stage in our journey. You will help manage our new marketing strategy and integrated campaigns to cold prospects and customers, to significantly increase the number of new enquiries and legacy supporters.
You will lead on developing and managing the new supporter journey and test campaigns using new creative materials and channels. Your work will have a big impact on reaching the team’s objectives.
You will have experience managing direct marketing to individuals, preferably in the not for profit sector, across a range of channels and demonstrate strong digital skills as part of this mix.
You will be working collaboratively with teams and colleagues across the organisation, with a focus on Fundraising and Marketing and use your influencing skills to manage a variety of agencies and suppliers – including marketing creative, media planning and booking, research and fulfilment.
