This role offers the post holder an exciting opportunity to become involved in and contribute towards RNIB’s policy and campaigns work. Working as part of our Social Change team, you'll take responsibility for leading on policy and campaigning areas and supporting our wider engagement objectives to help to build a movement for change.
You’ll be scoping out and working up policy positions and campaigns plans, developing calls to action and delivering on and offline tactics. You’ll be working closely with colleagues from across and outside the organisation.
You’re a strategic thinker with a taste for innovation and bags of creativity. You enjoy creating and seizing opportunities to be part of timely, thoughtful and inspiring campaigns. A people person, you can build rapport and establish trusting relationships with a range of stakeholders. You may have a background in policy, campaigning, organising, activism or communications. This role is not an entry-level post, so you will have some work experience in a relevant field.
