RNIB is pleased to announce this exciting opportunity to join RNIB’s Eye Care Support Services (ECSS) in East London and the East of England.
In the role of Service Manager, you will be a vital member of the management team providing operational leadership and line management support to Eye Care Liaison Officers (ECLOs). You will also participate in the strategic and business planning processes working with key internal and external key stakeholders.
Working with the ECSS Senior Management team you will support and maintain key relationships across health and social care to ensure that RNIB can each more people with sight loss earlier.
Who We're Looking For
You will have a vocational qualification in management, advice and guidance, or are experienced in successfully managing information and advice services. You will have demonstrable knowledge of key stakeholders involved within health and social care.
You will have excellent people management skills and have the ability to motivate and manage a geographically dispersed team,
You will be experienced in producing reports, delivering presentations, meeting Key Performance Indicators and a proficient user of Microsoft Office Packages and CRM systems.
Supporting ECLOs in services across East London and the surrounding area, this role will involve extensive travel, ideally the applicant should live within 90 minutes access via public transport networks to the East London area.
